Huilerie Emile Noël uses an artisanal production method with traditional presses. These very old but carefully maintained presses extract the oil slowly and carefully, so they “give up their oil slowly”. Extracting the oils without using additives, chemical treatments or high temperatures. October is Non-GMO Month

 

Emile Noël Artisan Oils sent me a sample of their Toasted Sesame Oil to use for this review and they are offering a sample bottle for me to giveaway to one of my readers to celebrate October being Non-GMO month.  The Toasted Sesame oil has a delicious aroma of toasted sesame seeds and was the perfect dressing for my salad. I just drizzled a little of the oil straight from the bottle on my salad and it was absolutely amazing. It gave my salad a rich flavor of toasted sesame seeds which I adore. Usually I just dress my salad with olive oil, so this was a delight to the taste buds!
